Shipping Information
All parcels are sent via Express Packages with Australia Post which enables tracking and insurance on all packages. Prices are quoted as at current Australia Post rates and are subject to any pricing changes made by Australia Post.
If your region is not included in the shipping areas, please contact us directly and we can organise a quote for delivery to your region. Please also include the item/s you wish to purchase in your email.
The customer is responsible for any import taxes, duties and fees incurred from the region to which the package is delivered if deemed necessary by the relevant authority.

Every effort is made to ensure that the ceramic pieces represented in the Lisa Wise Ceramics Online Store are true to the image/s presented. As these are handmade products they may vary slightly from the image if they are sold in multiples of one style eg colour tone of glazes and slight size variations.
Refunds will be offered for the breakage or damage to items during transit resulting from damage to packaging by the delivery service. If breakage or damage occurs during transit we require the customer to email lisawiseceramics@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with the following details:-
- An explanation of why the refund is being requested eg breakage in transit.
- An attached image of damaged packaging.
- An attached image of damaged or broken ceramic piece.
- Fulfill insurance claim requirements directly to Australia Post in order to make a claim for insurance due to damage in transit.
Please note: Do not dispose of any broken items or packaging until the insurance claim is satisfied with Australia Post as these may need to be presented physically to Australia Post.
